THE WORKSHOP

The aim of this highly inter-active workshop is to show you how to better understand individual client behaviour and in doing so to transform client care, achieve long-term business relationships and provide the correct services to fit the needs of different types of client.

This understanding is achieved by addressing verbal, and non-verbal communication and describing how to recognise different behavioural styles to help you communicate with all types of client effectively, especially that difficult client.

Successfully managed client relationships are the first key to success and in itself will lead to growth in your business.
