over a week by extensive 'One on One' coaching. His corporate work always
aims to benefit by including a 'potent revenue enhancement programme'.
He specialises in all aspects of face
to face communication including image building, public speaking and effective
and motivating presentations, both in the UK and the Middle East. His
clients include Emirates Airline, for many years the 'Airline of the Year',
and the Dubai Police, about who he jokes when he says that 'the police
are after me again'. Nearer home with the University of Bradford Management
Centre.
He is the author of 'Face to Face', which
is seen by many people as the base level to learning effectiveness in
the selling arena, a Founder Member of the Professional Speakers Association,
for many years an Associate of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of
the Society of Authors. He appears regularly on radio and television,
where his illustrations on body language usually have everyone on the
edge of their seats.
He was voted best speaker at the Institute
of Management Services Conference in Cambridge, UK., won the 1998 Tiller's/IMS
Millennium Trophy and was a speaker at the XI th. World Productivity Congress.
He is a great fan of Lee Iacocca who said, "Anyone who doesn't get along
with people doesn't belong in this business because that's all we've got
around here." He doesn't train people but develops them
as individuals, and heads his own company, People
to People, which he feels is quite unique in the human
resource field. |
